Step 1. Click this link: https://sempraemployeegiving.smartchange.com.
Step 2. Select “First Time”. The system will send a password to your work e-mail address from SempraEmployeeGiving@smartchange.com.
Step 3. Log into the My Giving system. Use the password you got from smartchange.com, with your company employee ID number as your User Name, to log into the system.
Step 4. Make your pledge.
