The Sempra Employee Giving Network is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization formed to facilitate support of community-based charitable groups by employees of the Sempra Energy family of companies.

As part of the Sempra Employee Giving Network employee-giving program, employees can either designate their contributions to the charities of their choice and/or they can donate directly to their local Sempra Employee Giving Network fund.

A board of directors provides governance. It's made up of employees from a number of Sempra Energy companies. Councils made up of local advisors have also been set up to review and provide input on requests submitted for funding in the area of health and human services in their respective regions.

The Sempra Employee Giving Network complements our other community contributions and builds on the company's belief that meaningful partnerships can help improve our communities.

One hundred percent of all contributions made by employees are directed to their charities of choice. Since it began, more than $700,000 has been raised each year and donated to charities in communities where employees work and live.
