Making a Difference is Easy

The Sempra Employee Giving Network (SEGN) is a 501(c)(3) public charity formed by and for employees of the Sempra Energy family of companies. Employees can make charitable contributions to the charities of their choice through one-time or ongoing payroll deductions.

Through the Sempra Employee Giving Network (SEGN), employees of any of the Sempra Energy family of companies can support their local communities by donating through payroll deduction to any public charity.
